Henry E. Bulloch was born 28 March 1838 In Meriwether County, Georgia. He died  on 16 September 1861 near Torvilliams Depot, between Manassas and Richmond,  Virginia. He died of complications measles. Henry served as a private in company  B., of the 2nd Georgia Infantry Regiment, CSA. His remains were removed from  Virginia after the War Between the States and re-intered in the Old Macedonia  Church Cemetery, Manchester, Georgia. He never married.
