Bullochville was founded in 1891 by Benjamin Franklin Bulloch, son of Cyprian Bulloch and Lucinda Gray Bulloch. In 1895 Ben F. Bulloch, his brother Cyprian Bulloch Jr., and W.T. Bussey opened the first store in Bullochville; The Bulloch-Bussey Company.
